Welcome to chateau TEB…further mileage from our Waiting and Brett IPA blend this time conditioned on Pinot Noir pomace from Beneduce Vineyards, bringing a little local sense of place into the fold with leftovers from the winemaking process; the skins, pulps, and seeds. Wafts of peach tea and roses that launch the palate into a dry forest floor note that meanders into a sweeter lean of white grapefruit juice, dandelion wine & melon lemonade and finishes with mellow acidity and some silky tannin.
