American DIPA | 8% ABV | Krush, Citra, Riwaka & Rakau
We are mega hyped to finally get a collab out the door with our southern kin @theseedbeer. This crew is killing the game and we are so happy for all their success. Go check them out if you are down south in the AC area. This batch is showing a lot of pineapple & grapefruit on the sip with some peachy notes on the finish. The nose is eeking out a fun little vanilla note as well. Of course we had to use some malt and oats from our mutually favorite local maltster @rabbit_hill_malthouse to push that epic Downey Fresh pillowy softness.
