Our unfiltered House Blonde is brewed with 100% NJ grown malt from our friends @rabbit_hill_malthouse. Hopped solely with a particularly sticky batch of Cascade hops from our new friends @segalhopranch. This one’s all about the balance and togetherness of fresh malt and fresh hops. Crisp and clean, light to medium-bodied. Notes of citrus, particularly grapefruit and lemon glowing and flowing into light malt sweetness, soft whole wheat bread with a touch of clover honey. Smooth with a delicate citrus undertone adding depth to the bitterness, lingering pleasantly.
