Not a traditional Kolsch by any stretch. Pale gold with a slight haze, really reminiscent of a sunny afternoon. Aroma is inviting lemons and mango courtesy of yo boy Citra. Some floral undertones with lemony mango vibes doing the heavy lifting for sure. Crisp and clean with a touch of honey sweetness, some grapefruit, lime and orange in the flavor riding on mild bitterness. Light bodied, refreshing, dry and quenching on a warm day.
